What are scuba diving and freediving?

Scuba diving uses breathing equipment carried underwater. In freediving, the diver descends on a breath taken at the surface without using an underwater breathing apparatus.

Both offer a way to explore the underwater world. Observing marine life, discovering different dive locations and underwater photography are some of the interests they share.
